Everything was amazing

Emplacement idéal pour visiter le parc. Accès au Visitor center à pied très appréciable avec le monde. Cadre calme au bord de la rivière avec bbq à disposition. Un petit coin de paradis

Beautiful location and scenery. Cute little cottage like town. Hotel room was also very nice. Staff very happy to help with anything. Wish we could have stayed for longer

Great location and the cozy atmosphere. Expected the room to be more spacious and have more shared facilities.

The location is perfect and we found quite relaxing our stay based on how the hotel is built and the scenery it has. The staff was really kind and helpful. We will definitely consider it for our next stay.

Although everything was really nice, we didn’t like that they charge you extra for WiFi (the phone signal was bad on our room) and that they give two water bottles only for membership guests.

The room was great. We originally booked the pool view king room. When we went to check in. We were upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite. The extra space was great. The view from our private patio was amazing. I will definitely be back.

The pool could stay open later. 10 is way too early when you have a full day of activities.

Die gute Lage

Leider war unser Zimmer überbucht und uns wurde ein Zimmer in einem Nahe gelegenen Hotel vermittelt. Obwohl vereinbart war, dass sich der Preis für die Nächtigung nicht ändert, wurde der Betrag auf meiner Kreditkarte doppelt belastet. Trotz mehrmaliger Bemühung zur Kontaktaufnahme, habe ich die Doppelzahlung nicht erstattet bekommen.
