Derek is amazing! Hes super helpful and made our experience really easy and quick! Definitely recommend staying here for Houston!!! Convenient location and amazing experience! Highly recommend!! Love it here!

The location is Ok.

The staff seem lost. They look very inexperienced the way they deal with things. Simple tasks like getting a printed receipt, giving laundry on time, giving complimentary water etc etc seems to be a struggle for them. And then the breakfast, it was with flies and mosquitoes. Not just on one day, but consecutive days. I should be reporting this hotel to health authorities. No sense of hygiene and professionalism.

All of the staff are amazing always! This is my favorite place to come for a staycation with the family! The front desk staff - Derek and Jayden are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The Front Desk manager Vanessa is the sweetest! She’s always very inviting and smiling! Shawna at the restaurant was great! She’s very knowledgeable about the food and drinks and is very personable, you can tell she truly cares about her guest! This is always going to be our go to hotel!

It was clean.

Location. Too much traffic noise. Could not get a decent night’s sleep. Checked out the very next day. Atrocious breakfast buffet setup. Trays were empty. No scrambled eggs or even a decent continental menu. Very pricey for what you get. The staff was not very welcoming either. Almost lukewarm warm. The checkout process was also bad. They never entered it into the system that J check out the very next day and continued to bill me for the entire duration of my original plan. I had to work with my card provider and their billing dept to get back my money. They even said they saw wifi usage days after I had checked out. I am staying clear of this hotel the next time I am in the area.

It's was a cozy room. It was too chilly to go to the pool but looked nice. They have a courtyard and had firepits. I like that it is surrounded by shops and bars so just walked around to find a place to eat.

The parking lot is not on location but there is valet. There are a few free lots surrounding it and not far. I could hear my neighbors talking but not sure if it was through the wall or vents.
