"Perfect location, and a clean and well maintained facility with excellent staff."

Location, rate, cleanliness, and proximity to dining facilities.

Kids stomping on the floor above and obviously using the bed as a trampoline; apparently unsupervised by parents. They finally quieted down around 11:00 PM. each night.
