"Would absolutely stay again"

Pool was the main event for the kids. Very busy but nice to be able to swim in the middle of winter

Room bathroom door did not latch. Wrong latch plate installed so no way door could function. Had to just have kids be aware when someone was using restroom

Didn’t have parking for us and told me to go park in a community parking lot away from the hotel. I am paying this much, I am not parking my vehicle away from where I’m staying are you insane? Don’t offer services you can’t fulfill. Horrible terrible. Never ever recommending this company

"Perfect stay at hotel."

Location was right off I-44 and convenient to enter and exit. Staff were welcoming. Room was clean and very nice. Complimentary meal at dinner. Breakfast was delicious. No complaints. No issues with our pet. Highly recommend. Will stay at this hotel again.
