El hotel huele a humedad, se siente viejo todo. No había plancha en el cuarto, la pedi en recepción y la recepcionista tubo que ir a buscar una por que no estaba segura de que hubiera.

I would say help the third floor with the smell. Rooms are clean, but that hallway smell should be inspected. Can breakfast start earlier? Most people that go to Calexico is for work and they usually start at 5am so there are definitely too many people that are unable to utilize the free breakfast. Maybe have some pastries near the coffee in the mornings. I'm sure your customers that leave at 4 or 5am would appreciate it.

The pool was in very poor condition, which was especially disappointing given the 115-degree weather, as my family and I had been looking forward to using it. In contrast, the pool at the Best Western next to the Hampton appeared exceptionally clean and well-maintained.
