Spacious clean rooms beds comfortable

The pool was slimy and outdated and needed attention.

Location was great for all the shopping we did plus there was so much room.

The shampoo and conditioner containers in the showers were empty and people in the halls partying until 1 in the morning.

Microwave was filthy, long black hairs on the supposedly clean towels, bathroom floor def hadn’t been cleaned in awhile, dust all over, long and short black hairs on the bathroom floor, toilet didn’t work from the start to the whole stay. Maintenance came up a few times, after that had to flush 4 times for anything to go down and the room smelled musty. The maintenance man said to keep the spray freshener bottle in the room for my stay. I always bring sanitizer wipes with me when I stay anywhere and wiped everything down and used it all to clean that room and after that they’re like, do you want to change rooms? No who knows if the next one is just as bad and I cleaned this one already! Then they charged me for parking when I didn’t have a car and I asked for a 2 hour late checkout because I had late afternoon flight and they charged me $50! I’m a Hilton rewards member and I was a hotel manager for 20 years and I would never had done that if a guest had multiple issues! I will never stay there again

Cleanliness

We stayed with 4 children in a 2 bedroom suite. The staff is very friendly. Had a problem and the manager Ms. Brianna Kone solved it. We've stayed at this hotel many times and will definitely come back!
