Room was spacious

When we arrived at the hotel around 8pm, the room was not ready for 40min. No heads up or any related communications before arrival. We ended up waiting in lobby so did many other guests waiting to get into the room.

Breakfast was amazing, hotel staff was super helpful!

We were travelling with a child and asked for a baby crib for 1 year old baby. We were probided the crib but it was very old, poor plastic crib from Graco cheapest set, without anay mattress on it. And it was very wobbly and the plastic was practically falling apart.

Ужасное отношение к клиентам. Отель просто не заселил меня в день заезда. Я приехала с мужем и ребенком 1,8 лет. Никакой помощи и компенсации со стороны отеля мы не получили. Прислали письмо за 3,5 часа до заселения. Найти альтернативу день в день не удалось. Мы попали в крайне неприятную и сложную ситуацию . Как возможно такое отношение к клиентам с младенцами ?!?!
