The beds were comfortable the staff was exceptionally from the the time we were greeted by Coco, and the front desk Christina & Keifer to the persons who assisted us at the bistro Taylor Roscoe, David these people made our stay at this hotel memorable I only wished that everytime I stay at a hotel I could receive such quality service., I even had an amazing house keeper Christina she cleaned our room everyday while we were there. I love my time here every 3 days while we were there.

Clean and modern. Well worth the money

Spacious, clean room with user-friendly shower. A bit difficult to get there because of the Texarkana freeway interchanges and lack of signage.

My reservation was made over a month in advance and yet my room wasn’t ready on time. The door to the room and the bathroom in the room were both off level so you can see the hallway through the top of the door and also the bathroom door wouldn’t latch. The pool was closed to be cleaned during pool hours which could have been done after hours to be ready to open back up to the public, that’s the only amenity there! I definitely would not recommend.

Friendly staff, convenient location, clean ans spacious room. Does not have complimentary breakfast but does offer complimentary coffee station.

The price for this hotel was very expensive. The pool was not in operation. They said we had to walk to the hotel next door for the pool. That is disappointing with the price of the property.

Liked the location. Didn't like the limited restaurant menu.
