Excelente atención, personal muy amable y preocupados de los pasajeros. Las habitaciones muy cómodas, silenciosas, bien iluminadas y bien equipadas, con almohadas muy buenas y de pluma. La ubicación óptima, todo es cerca y el área es bien turístico.

Great location, excellent breakfast, lovely sunset views from rooftop bar, helpful and friendly staff.

We had booked a comfort room, the size of the bedroom was fine, but the size of the bathroom was very disappointing. One had to be a contortionist to get in and out of the shower! Moreover, the water from the shower leaked all over the floor because the shower door did not have adequate seals.

The Grand Hotel des Etrangers is one of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed at over the years. Every room in the lobby is done to perfection. The hotel is in a terrific location, with spectacular views of the water. The 7th floor terrace, bar, and restaurant are lovely, as is the pool, and the rooms are spacious and tastefully done. Lastly, the staff could not be more helpful. We look forward to returning here someday.
