Big Yellow Inn

It’s a beautiful house! The owner (and builder) was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty.

The beauty of the house is marred by thousands of tchotchkes. In our blue room there wasn’t a single surface clear enough to put anything.

Breakfast was yummy & plentiful! Enjoyed the seating arrangement that allowed for socializing with other guests!!

Stunning, unique place to stay with lovely hosts! Comfortable room and food is available locally until very late, even on a weeknight. The only drawback was no A/C in our room but the weather was mild, so it was fine :)

Beautiful place and cozy

The Inn is family oriented. Breakfast is warm & the dining area is inviting with curios in all places to see and admire. The walkout basement is great- no lugging suitcases up staircases since there are 5 rooms in the basement level - all roomy with separate bathrooms.

The hosts are wonderful. The rooms are all very interesting with a wide variety of interesting items. We love staying while attending the festival..

Barbara and Scott are fantastic hosts! So interested in every guest. Soft comfortable beds. Each room is a museum. Every inch has something interesting to see.

Upstairs rooms a little warm for out taste.

Hosts were very kind and helpful! We enjoy staying at the Big Yellow Inn when we come for the Shakespeare Festival each year. It’s charming and comfortable and very convenient to the plays.
