Red Roof Inn Fort Worth - Saginaw

Room was clean, but the refrigerator did not work. It stormed during our stay and water leaked into the room. The hallway and stairs smelled of Marijuana and staff and management were rude and unaccomodating.

Had to cancel my room about 15 minutes after i booked. Called the hotel and they refused to refund my money. Definitely will not recommend this place to anyone!!!

Nothing.

I re booked my room for a second night because I had no transportation to move all of my stuff and somehow the desk clerk put the wrong room number in the computer so then that came and tried to make us checkout for not paying and then realized they had messed up and instead of just changing the room number in the computer he refunded us our money which takes 3 to 5 business days to get deposited back into our bank account and he wants us to re book and pay for the room again. Only now there's a problem, I don't have any money because I just spent every dollar I had on the booking for the night and they refunded it due to their mistake so they could fix their mistake and now I don't get my money back for 3 to 5 business days, so they gave us 30 minutes to get all of our life's belongings out of this room or they would call the cops. So at the end of all this me, my wife and our dog all ended up sleeping outside in the freezing cold with all of our stuff because of their nonsense mistake

Staff no where to be found at checkout. I left at 7:45 am. Just left key card at slotted window. No access to any amenities, if there even was any. Room was clean, electric plugs did not work. At least they had a working coffee maker.

I explained enough.

This place needs to update their website. It says they have a pool, but when we got there the pool was filled in with dirt and had weeds growing in it.

The location was off loop 820 North at Blue Mound road, the area has built up since I was there last. I was expecting a lot of noise, it was actually quiet and peaceful. Comfortable. The property is set back off the main roads. I laughed when I saw that Red Roof Inn had a brown Roof.

Everything was good, management kept the property clean.
