Extended Stay America Suites - Foxboro - Norton

The room was dirty, had a smell of chemicals, maybe drugs, didn’t have curtains, had greasy hand prints on the windows, sticky stains on the counters. We could not stay in the room and felt dizzy after a few minutes of breathing the air. They refunded us immediately and we made other arrangements.

Booked 2 rooms for an overnight for a concert. Initially gave us one room that smelled like cat pee. Ended up giving us 4 separate rooms because they did not have any available double rooms. Every single room had an issue. Broken TV, moldy frig, moldy bathroom. The staff was super nice and really tried their best. We won’t be going back.

EXCELLENT HOTEL. VERY CONFORT. STAFF VERY KIND.

El lugar está bien! Pero las tarifas no son fijas y un día te compran $211, por una noche y luego al volver te cobran $340, y por una habitación más pequeña !!

El personal que me atendió fue muy despectivo con mi pareja, y no nos generó una solución al cash para pagar, ya que mi tarjeta de crédito no funcionó en ese momento.

It was quiet and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful

No coffee makers in the room.

There were holes in the wall and the sheets on the bed were worn and thin

My room wasn't clean it smelled and had trash under the chairs the have in room. They just don't clean right. Chicken bone under the bed.
