Extended Stay America Suites - Foxboro - Norton

Upon check-in, the friendly receptionist discovered our room occupied and several rooms not cleaned or ready for occupancy. The property was run down, people smoking in rooms and at the main entrance, both cigarettes and marijuana. The location had no amenities nearby. The floor in our room was dirty and in need of a deep clean

Nothing. This is the worst ever hotel I have stayed in my entire life. Paid almost $200 per night per room..with breakfast.. so no breakfast was provided, requested rooms to be together …nope..asked for firm mattered and was told that hotel will accommodate this..nope…dirty and filthy rooms, even though they say it’s non-smoking entire place was smelling weed including staff members smoking right at the entrance..filthy kitchen..there were holes in walls ..keys didn’t work ..fridge in room was smelly..only thing worked was the host Thenium (I forgot his name as didn’t see him again)..need refund

The floors were dirty and sticky …. Sink still had food in it

Room was dirty. Was not vacuumed and there was enough weed on the carpets to roll a joint. The kitchen floor was sticky so along with the carpet, you didn't want to walk on floor in bare feet. All this to go along with a gross bathroom with hair all over the tub. Even my wife was grossed out and it usually takes a lot for that to happen. This wasn't a cheap room either at nearly $200 a night. Will not be staying here again.

Nothing

Dirty, loud, uncomfortable, not convenient to xfinity center in Mansfield staff was not available, no one at front desk, rugs in room were damp, no remote for tv terrible, left during the night Worst hotel I’ve stayed in and it was not cheap

Our stay was nice. FYI THERE SHOULD BE USB PORTS in room. Some travelers don’t have 12 vac to usb adapters. I don’t have on because I haven’t needed one because everywhere I have stayed has usb port somewhere in room.

Shower wasn’t really clean, also found some random stains on the sheets. Also, it looks like people were living here full time. If I was alone I wouldn’t have felt very safe at this hotel. Probably wouldn’t ever stay here again.
