Days Inn by Wyndham Scranton PA

The location of the hotel and the staff was pleasant.

The room were dirty. Sheets had stains on it. The bathroom floor was dirty. There was hair on the toilet & on the floor in the bathroom. The bath tub had multiple cracks. The air conditioning unit was not attached to the wall properly. The door has a grap where someone could look inside the room.

We had a great time, the staff is nice and they treat you well. Welcomed us in and check in was very smooth. The pool was out of order for renovations but we had known that when booking so no worries there. The breakfast is ok for the hotel type. Room was comfortable and clean and had a nice sleep. TV was excellent as they have new service, internet was reliable and fast, but had to reconnect every morning (no problem there).

Cheap

Dirty, tubs don’t work, they don’t clean, key cards don’t work, ice machines broke, wasn’t allowed access to the pool (called before booking to verify it was opened)

Nothing

The room was unclean. Unfortunately, I was unable to sleep due to the thin walls. The occupant in the next room was on his phone throughout the night, and I could clearly hear his conversation, which made it seem as though he was inside my room. The room appeared to have not been cleaned in some time. The bed looked unmade, and the sheets had noticeable stains, which I found extremely unsanitary. As a result, I developed a rash all over my body. Upon departure, I felt unclean from my stay. I will not be returning. The experience was truly disappointing.

Грязь повсюду, простыни грязные, полотенца будто по ним ходили все грязные, маргиналы которые там живут, и то что уборка уже в 8 утра нам несколько раз стучали что им нужно убирать, хотя чек ин в 11. Завтрак……..это не завтрак, а полный треш и издевательство.
