ベットのところにコンセントとLAN差込口があるとよかった

夜遅いチェツクインになるため電話連絡した際、気を付けて来られてくださいとの心配りの言葉をいただいて、遅くなることの不安な気持ちを和らげることが出来ました。

宿泊初日夜遅くに到着しましたけど、フロントの女性がお疲れだったのか表情が固かったのが気になったことと、駐車料金が高いなと感じました。

部屋が広い

The location is great, close to many restaurants and Hon-Atsugi station. Room is decent in size, there is even a small wardrobe there, which is good. There’s no iron, but I kindly asked for it at the reception and they gave it to me. Room was cleaned every day (trash bins were emptied, bed was arranged, sink in the bathroom was cleaned). They would even turn on the humidity-regulation device, so I would have a nice air when I arrive, which is really kind. Staff was kind in general. Despite some minor flaws, I would still recommend staying in this hotel.

It would be nicer if the staff knew english a bit better. Also, I could feed some kind of smell in the room…I would say like someone at certain point smoked cigarettes in there (if it was a smoking room at one point, in the past), and now even if the room is a non-smoking one, you can still feel the smell from before.

シャワー室に換気扇がなかった、もしくは動いてなかった

Nous avons oublié 1 chapeau de valeur dans la chambre et malgré 1 mail 12h après notre départ de la chambre pour savoir s'ils l'avaient retrouvé et revenir le chercher, nous n'avons jamais eu de nouvelles ou de réponses de l'hôtel. Très décevant de la part d'un établissement de ce standing.
