Easy check in and access. Good area to walk to city center and beach. Very clean and comfortable.

It was a little loud in the mornings. The wi-fi connection was awful.

Comfortable bed close to town (10 min walk). Room was clean and had two leather chairs that were very comfortable. Good water pressure from showers.

The room had a musty smell so we jet the doors open a lot of the time.

Plenty of parking and quick checkin. Spacious room overlooking the seafront. Easy walk to the local restaurants and to the departure point for our whale watching trip. When we went it was not high season and restaurants were turning people away, so booking advised.

Woken up by traffic noise around 7am. There seems to be a "rush hour" between 7 and 8 when the seafront gets quite noisy. Otherwise there is hardly any traffic and it is quite peaceful

Aysia and John are wonderful. As me and my wife were on our honeymoon, we were upgraded to a garden view room on the first floor and had complimentary milk and cookies ready for us. They were also kind enough to provide us a late checkout after our whale watching tour.

Toplocatie vlakbij de zee en ideaal gelegen om mooie wandelingen te maken, dichtbij de walvissentours. Alle comfort aanwezig. Badkamer wat kleiner maar zeer ruime kamers.

Knorrige receptionist: NIET how are you enz. NIET welkom meneer NIET fijn dat u ons gekozen hebt WEL: Naam! (En nog eens:) Naam! Bijzonder onplezierige en onbeschofte ontvangst!! Gelukkig zijn heel veel andere Nieuw-Zeelanders zeer vriendelijk!
