Lovely and clean, but the beds were a bit saggy and hard on the back.

I enjoyed my stay. Watched some football, had a couple beers, food was very good, and the room was very comfortable. Well done!

The garden room we had for the one night stay was lovely and comfortable, had everything we needed and air-con which was quiet and efficient.

Lovely character property set in lovely grounds, Staff very helpful and welcoming with easy parking, The only downside is it’s a little dated (especially the bathrooms) Had a very dirty bath mat (to stop you slipping over in bath when taking a shower and a blocked toilet that did not flush well, We would stay here again,

A nice room, with a great outlook onto the courtyard. A little dated, but in keeping with the look of building and its age. Peaceful.

Lovely staff, rooms are a little outdated, but the beds were comfortable, the bathroom has lots of hot water and a spacious bath and the cleanliness was great. The room was very hot and there was a fan, but it did little to cool things down. Parking was a problem, but it’s popular for afternoon tea and there was a vow renewal which made it busy. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, no hashbrowns or fried bread, and the sausages were somewhat grey, but were tasty and the toast was nice. Cold juice would have been nice and an upgraded tea and coffee machine as it did take a long time and there was a queue. The receptionist was lovely and nothing was too much - overall a satisfactory stay and at the right price I would stay again.
