USPool was a wonderful amenity. Breakfast was delicious and fresh.
USUSWhen making reservations I highly recommend asking if there are any traveling sports teams there during your stay. If yes, find someplace else. For ALL hours of the night there were baseball kids running up and down the 3rd floor hallway and were extremely loud. Even asking them to hold down the noise was useless. Horrible experience.
USnormally I really like this property. We had a family emergency, My father, who recently came out of heart surgery, collapsed in a restaurant back in our home town and we had to go to the hospital. I told the hotel 2x even to see if instead of a refund maybe a credit on file for out next stay since we have 2 kids in college up at Cortland. I guess I should insure my trips, but at least a credit for a future visit would have been nice. The holiday inn up in Cortland has the best prices anyway and they give us a SUNY discount for the kids being in college. Its the most popular. I have always had a nice stay at this property in the past, but Ill go back to the Holiday Inn.
