Vicinity to Salamanca area , restaurants and market

Unable to draw curtain to only window as balcony was dirty and unappealing would benefit from cleaning and even artificial plants . Shame to be shit in when I’m such a lovely setting

Location in Salamanca was great for city sights but be aware that you need to drive through the city centre if going to outlying destinations. It is Hobart though so that is not overly taxing except at peak hour.

While it was very comfortable it was not quite as modern as some others we stayed in. A minor point.

"Salamanca Terraces, my home away from home."

Location was perfect! Once I parked my car in the parking provided, I didn’t use it again. The room we stayed in was perfect! A beautiful place to stay and the staff, amazing all round! We ran into some cleaners busy working away and they were so friendly and showed us which room was ours. Reception staff were so welcoming also. The room was clean, no hidden dirt anywhere and the beds were lovely and comfortable. I will not be staying anywhere else from now on. I have found the perfect place for future Hobart trips. Thank you! 10/10

Maybe some complimentary water in the fridge? Just as a suggestion.
