Room is big and very nice, hotel is just by the beach in very quite place, which was perfect for us. Food is amazing, every day has a different selection. Drinks are fine, good selection of cocktails and I loved the beer.

the bed was a bit too soft for me, but it is not an issue.

The staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful. The food was good with a variety of choices. The location is good if you do not plan to leave the hotel often. However, the area around the hotel is under construction and there is not much to see nearby — you need a car to visit nicer places. Overall, the hotel does not match the star rating it has.

The shower was broken and the water pressure was very poor, both from the hand shower and the wall shower. There is no kettle in the room, which meant there was no coffee or tea available in the room. The air conditioning was noisy and made it difficult to sleep. The buffet area is very cramped — the tables are too close to each other, and very often you have to wait for food to be refilled. The kids’ club/play area was dirty and not well maintained. There was a very unpleasant smell, either from sea waste or sewage, noticeable in many areas of the hotel. The beach was not cleaned from algae and sea plants. I also contacted the hotel a long time before check-in with some questions, but I only received a reply two days before arrival, which was far too late and very disappointing. Overall, the hotel is very large but old. It definitely needs renovation and more professional maintenance. If you do not book the spa included in your package, the pool costs 20 euros per person for 1 hour.
