Heerlijk wellness complex en mooi uitzicht vanaf het restaurant.

Ik had een Deluxe kamer geboekt. Ik kon dit er niet aan afzien. 2 aparte bedden en 0 sfeer in de kamer. Ik dacht dat het een standaard kamer was.

Was netjes en schoon

Wij hadden een kamer geboekt met groot tweepersoonsbed, blijkt dat het twee losse bedden zijn en twee losse matrassen, dit slaapt niet comfortabel en was niet de afspraak. Mooie badkamer helaas in de douche totaal niks waar je een fles doucheschuim of shampoo kan neerzetten, zeer jammer

The SPA is actually very small and the steam bath was not working. The smimming pool is little and inside. The staff speaks a very poor English.

Big room with a view, available private parking, location excellent for my business visit to Goodyear factory.

No real negatives.

Very nice breakfast and a lovely room with a view over Wittlich. Dinner was very tasteful but price/quality is rather high. Try also some restaurants in Wittlich, it's only a 6 min drive to the center and there are nice restaurants where you pay less for a good dinner. We enjoyed the walk (about 9km) through the woods that starts directly at the hotel with some relaxation in the spa afterwards. Location is central between Trier and Cochem close to the highway so you can easily reach Trier, Cochem, Bernkastel,the Moselle region within 30-40 min drives.

Unfortunately no new toilet paper was added after cleaning our room. Rooms are updated but the hallway to the rooms is outdated.

We had a nice family weekend to celebrate my brother and dad's birthday. The staff of the hotel did an excellent job in helping to organize the stay, rooms were perfect; breakfast excellent and we had a very nice personalized birthday diner. We will definitely come back!

The double room was large. My 2 year old had a comfortable sofa bed to sleep on.

The swimming pool was cold and not appropriate for children. My child was very disappointed.
