The staff was very friendly and rhe room worked for my family.

Our bathtub was disgusting and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months, the toilet ran randomly throughout the night, we had to listen to the outside door slam all night long, there were barking dogs next to us and across the hall from us, and there were people running up and down upstairs half of the night.

Friendly staff. Simple breakfast with something for everyone. Pet friendly campus with a table and trees for comfort.

Bathroom was dirty upon arrival. Hair in bathtub and underside and behind toilet was missed when it was cleaned.

Staff was helpful. Both the food and the service at the restaurant exceeded expectations for a restaurant attached to a hotel.

The rooms and facilities were dated.

The staff at the front desk in the evening was wonderful. The hotel did not follow my request for handicapped room but the woman at the check-in did find a portable toilet seat tha allowed more height for the toilet.

The toilets are way to low, there should be a handrail for assistance into the tub/shower. The room appeared clean but very old looking carpet and not sure wanting to walk on it. The door to the room didn't look secure, the chair by the reading lamp was to low. The continental breakfast was almost empty by 8:30 and fruit selection should be more than one kind.
