The toilet had not been cleaned and in fact had pee gunk from someone peeing on the seat and bowl. The rest of the room seemed okay but the dirty toilet grossed me out. I heard the housecleaning team complaining about other customers who weren’t happy with the cleanliness so I decided to just clean the toilet myself. On the fourth day the housecleaning team was banging on the door even though I had the do not disturb sign up. I have been working late and getting back to the hotel at 5:00 am each day, but checked in with the front desk so they knew I was okay. The housecleaning crew said they needed to make sure I wasn’t trashing the room. The area seems industrial and I didn’t feel safe walking the streets.

The front desk staff were super amazing. Made our check in very easy and helped us set up the playpen for my granddaughter. Our beds were super comfortable.

I wish the pool towels were a little bit bigger.OtherwiseReally, I was not dissatisfied with anything.

"I would stay there again when we come to Missoula."

A really good place to stay.location was great.the rooms were nice and cleaned and alot of space.The staff was awesome.It was a mile from the hospital.The price for the room was affordable.
