They let us use the pool while we waited for our room to be ready on check in. Only stayed here as we attended an event in their main hall and other hotels in the city were full booked. The staff were kind and friendly and did their best.

I'm pretty sure this hotel only has 4 stars because of the pool. I'd give it max 2 stars without the pool... On arrival, the actual front of the hotel isn't signposted properly, so we walked around the carpark until we found the entrance. The pool and sauna was good, but completely unstaffed except for a moody cleaning lady who was cleaning very slowly around the guests using the space. The tiles around the pool are super slippery so be careful. The spa is advertised but no-one got back to us to book a massage or any of their facilities (before or even since our stay) and it is otherwise unstaffed and locked. The hotel staff don't have information about the spa on site as its a completely different service provider you have to book via an app. The photos make the hotel look nice but the services let the hotel down. There is no room service, no basic facilities in the room for a 4* hotel, and poor response rate. There was construction going on at the hotel which could be heard from the bedrooms even with the windows closed. We weren't informed of this before arrival - this was disappointing as we had travelled extensively and needed to rest during the day. The AC did not work enough to cool the room (Lux was having a heatwave so this was not ideal), and there was only one spot in the room which felt like it had ventilation. We were given one 500ml bottle of water in the room for 2 guests. We called and requested another but it was never delivered to us. The bathroom had one fixed soap dispenser by the sink, and one body/hair wash in the shower. Nothing else. There is an iron available in some random spot on the 2nd floor for public use (not in the room), and when we requested a kettle or hot water, we were told to have it when served at reception. It was all rather odd. When we queried the lack of facilities, the staff member on the phone also agreed that it was all very strange for a 4* hotel.

Je suis très déçue de mon séjour dans cet hôtel. La chambre était extrêmement chaude, ce qui a rendu la nuit inconfortable. À cela s’ajoutait une forte odeur d’égouts dans les toilettes. Le petit-déjeuner était très médiocre surtout le café et les croissants. Par ailleurs, la chambre était présentée comme offrant une vue, alors qu’elle donnait uniquement sur les toits de l’hôtel et le parking. Le plus décevant reste le rapport qualité-prix : Entre l’inconfort de la chambre, les mauvaises odeurs, le petit-déjeuner décevant et la vue inexistante, l’expérience n’a pas été à la hauteur du tarif payé. Je ne recommanderais pas cet établissement en l’état.
