Customer service was wonderful great people. Got there the refrigerator did not work. The door had to be adjusted and fixed because it did not close properly. And would have been nice when I booked the space to let us know there was construction being done other than that, it was fine

It seems like they are doing some work in a hotel and updating the rooms looks great. Makes a huge difference from the last time I stayed.

the location was nice and quiet and had a lot of places to eat and stores to shop nearby. hotel was clean and the bed was very comfy. the hot water also lasted a very long time and the soap and shampoo and conditioner smelled lovely. the staff was friendly and helpful.

that they were still doing reservations, so the hallways were a bit spooky, and they got rid of the pool, so it wasn't anything to do inside the hotel but plenty to do outside of the hotel.

Enjoyed the room. It was clean and comfortable.

The hotel is undergoing renovations. We literally walked through areas that were under renovations to get to our room. There was plastic taped up over areas that were painted and debris staged in areas that walk around.

When booked we didn't know the property was being renovated. Was given a room on the forth floor, where they were sanding the hall walls and painting. We requested a different room and was given room 225. We were late for a retirement dinner and just placed our luggage in the room and left. Upon returning we found the heat didn't work and the bathroom was filthy, pubic hairs from the previous occupancy were left. I have always used Hilton properties but now feel I'll be using Marriott.

The staff were the most friendly ever, excellent. The cleaning staff didn’t speak English, I walked up to her and asked a question. She didn’t walk away. We played charades and I asked for paper. We laughed and she told me to wait. She ran off and came back with paper. The counter and bar staff were awesome and called me by name. I was only there ONE night.

The room that me and my wife stayed in was dirty and dusty. Apparently they are doing renovations at the hotel and they put customers in rooms that they are renovating. We was on the third floor and the third floor was a mess. Could not even use the vending machines due to construction equipment blocking the machines. We will never stay at a Hilton hotel again. I also texted a picture of the dusty room to the manager Bryan to let him know that we were very disappointed. I’m still coughing due to the dust in the room. We need a complete refund. We need to take our complaint to social media to warn everyone.. Bed, window seal, bathroom, everything was dusty…
