"Would never consider staying at such a place that allows someone to be humiliated in front of the wh"

This was absolutely the worst experience that I’ve ever had since I’ve been traveling since 1998. My wife was called out in front of everyone about taking some food back to the room because she had made more than one trip trip. I am at work this morning and I travel and I will not be back until afternoon so I asked her to take me a plate of food down there. She is pregnant and they humiliated her in front of the whole lobby. A lady named Julie at the Greenfield location was super rude and should’ve pulled her to the side or talk to her by herself. This is unacceptable and I need someone to reach out to me at 317-220-4297 and explain to me why is OK in your policy to humiliated customer in such a manner.

The lady by the name of Julie that was working this morning was absolutely the most horrific person that’s ever walk the face of the Earth she should be fired immediately

"We were very pleased with our stay and will use this hotel in the future when needed."

Breakfast was great. Tables were cleaned after each use. All the staff was very helpful and friendly.

The TV shut down the first night and someone had to come and reset it.

"Great stay with great breakfast."

Breakfast was great!! Staff was super friendly. Room was fresh and clean. Breakfast area was quiet as well. Parking was readily available and booking online was easy. I'd definitely stay again for sure!!

Toilet was stopped up upon arrival into room however didn't find out until morning. Staff for maintenance wasn't available so I was given a plunger and told to do it myself. Full discloser staff wasn't rude about the plunger. She just told me that no one was there to do it.
