Location is top tier but the chubby guy at the front desk was rude/condescending when asking questions & let someone else use their storage room after telling us that it was full…

Es wird als Hotel vermarktet aber war eher ein Motel. Die Lage war ok aber man hörte alles von draussen! Wir haben uns gar nicht wohlgefühlt, das Bett war zudem recht schmutzig, da wird auf Sauberkeit nicht beachtet. Wir sind nach 5min wieder raus und versuchten das Zimmer zu stornieren, leider ist Booking Kundenservice gar nicht zu erreichen und zurückgemeldet haben Sie sich auch nie. Da haben wir fast 500.- verloren, sehr Schade!

"Excelente opción a buen precio para hospedarse en pleno San Francisco con cochera incluida."

Muy buen Motel con gusto a hotel en pleno San Francisco. La cochera sin cargo extra suma mucho a la experiencia. Cambiaron las toallas a diario y la limpieza general es buena. El tamaño de la habitación es bueno al igual que la insonorización que permite descansar muy bien en plena ciudad.

El único ascensor esta un poco viejito pero funciono correctamente siempre.
