Great power shower

Room far too hot. Very basic / dated for a 4* hotel

Very helpful receptionist. Changed our room to one nearer the reception area as our original room was quite a distance away and my husband was rather tired after a three and a half drive in torrential rain on the motorway ( he's disabled) The new room was much closer. Our evening meal was very good and the breakfast selection was brilliant. The waitressing/waiter staff were very friendly.

The extreme heat in the corridor that our room was on.

No cold water in the rooms. Both sink and shower only had boiling hot water so I was unable to shower or wash.

Breakfast was good location is excellent and staff are friendly.

Disabled parking is almost no existent they have 1space that they allow people to pre-book which means you have to climb either 4 flights of stairs or a very steep ramp to get into the hotel for a hotel of this size / rating they could and should do better.

The hotel is tastefully decorated and the furniture and decor were very attractive. The staff were very friendly and happy to accommodate anything that was requested.

Location was good, quiet a peaceful area. Breakfast was good.
