Excellent friendly helpful staff

Booked this hotel for myself for a business trip as the photos looked pretty good. Unfortunately in reality the hotel is very tired looking. One of the cushions on the bed was discoloured, TV had a burned image of the menu, bathroom ceiling flaking and the mattress had a slope on it haha. Staff were lovely though, I just feel like the hotel hasn’t had a refurb since the early 90s and it shows. Wouldn’t recommend the breakfast either.

One night stays good value for money

Overall very good, but disappointed with the shower.

The breakfast was really good it was cooked to order rather than buffet. The staff were friendly and helpful the bar food was great too!

Stayed for a couple of nights on a business trip. Great staff and comfortable room. Good EV charging

Seemed very nice in approach. I didn’t need much just a room for a short stay . But the hotel has a few night lights lighting up the courtyard. One right outside my window and due to the curtains not fitting right to the edge I had bright light in through the window the whole night. Why the lights can’t be turned off through the night for a bit if customer comfort is beyond me. Spoilt what could have been a nice dtay
