Too many gacets no help from staff, tv not enough channels, remote control for heat did not work , this was a really bad stay for has much has it cost it was not worth it.

Unique! That describes it all, but in a positive way! Will book this hotel again! Right across Costco, Starbucks and close to LAX and the beach.

Parking was no problem, the fee was not transparent but it all turned out well

The grounds of the hotel are storybook. It is hard to believe this exists where it does, but both the location and photos are accurate. I enjoyed every trip up or down the grand staircase in the lobby. The staff were always helpful and nice. The fitness center was clean and in order.

Two sides of the property face the freeway which is of course audible from rooms on those sides. This was not a major disturbance for me personally, but it might be good for others to take into consideration.

It was beautiful and unique. Wonderful staff!

We planned 2 days/ nights at this hotel,after seeing the photos online we were very thrilled to stay at thia unique hotel.we arrived and were amazed by the check inn hall... ut looks more like a southern European/Italian mansion/castle. We opened our hotel room a big also in style room,as if we went back in time. Also the swimmingpool surprised us,in ths middle of the building in the open blue air we enjoyed the water and also the wirlpool. And very nice ladies at the desk who were very kind. We eventually after just one night in the good bed, asked at the desk if we could stay for 3 more days/nights.and that is something we rare ly do,we love to visit different pkaces we also enjoyed driving to Hermosa Beach where there is a nice street nearby the beach to shop and dine!

Great facilities and very nice room. The bed was comfortable and the room size was great. Very clean and the staff was very nice.
