I Been staying here and the new rooms are amazing. Isiah is a amazing keeping trash clean and halls feeling welcoming. All housekeepers are amazing evalyn and lisa. Kate is the front end and I love her. She is always willing to help my stay be welcoming

Worst hotel I’ve ever been in. Room dirty, busted vent fan in bathroom that never shut off. Tried twice to explain to staff about the problems, they just didn’t want to hear it. Microwave filty. Upon check out, the individual did not know how to check me out, had to call in next day. No smoking in rooms, but everyone smokes at the front door so you’re walking through it. My first clue that it was going to be a not good hotel was a staff member eating at the one hotel chair and table right next to check in desk. Food spread all out. Couldn’t sit there if you needed to.

The location of the newly renovated Extended Stay in Bethlehem Allentown location is phenomenal. Newly renovated rooms bathrooms and kitchens the atmosphere is quite friendly and the atmosphere was quiet and quaint for all personal and business needs the staff at the front desk was fantastic, courteous and helpful. I will definitely would make a future reservation again at this location when needed the staff and the location. Is excellent. Fantastic job Extended Stay of America.

Nothing we arrived and the hotel was under major renovations. The staff was rude and un attentive and we did NOT stay. We wanted to cancel the reservation and get a refund and said we could NOT and had to go through Booking.com. I called them ( you) and got an AI person to cancel. Based on false advertisement and not advising the major construction our room fee should be refunded in full. I also traveled with 2 small dogs and felt unsafe for them.

Lo único agradable apesar que espere como 14 minutos en la recepción que aparecía la señorita fue su atención muy agradable

Nada, están en proceso de reconstrucción, y las escaleras están llenas de polvo y residuos , el olor de la habitación era muy penetrante no se como describir me dieron un 3 piso , no desayuné ya que ni café había y prácticamente no había nada debido a la reconstrucción de verdad no me gustó y eso que solo voy de paso por mi trabajo
