Rooms are dated and often mouldy due to age and humidity. Staff do the best they can with this.

Some areas need maintanance. Towels were old and stained for pool use. The cocktails at the bar by the pool were disappointing there was nothing special about them at all they tasted artificial, served in a plain water glass no decorations so I didnt finish my drink it tasted diluted. Ordered a glass of bubbly at the Lush Bar it was flat but served to me. Ordered a vegan burger it was chunks of oily fried pepper and carrot in a bun couldnt eat it. Had no conditioner in the room and I couldnt empty the sink.
BNThe children like the swimming pool and especially the staff at the poolside restaurant. We regularly stay at this hotel whenever we visit Miri

MYMYNice room with balcony and very large swimming pool looking at the sea. Nice to relax and watch the sunset Breakfast was surprisingly good with a good variety.
The mattresses and pillows were a disaster. I slept in many hotels but never experienced such hard and uncomfortable mattress but worse was the pillow it was like a stone. I think these pillows and mattresses have never been changed.
