Location

The check lady didn’t let me know we had to request housekeeping and didn’t offfer complimentary water. My room and was rude when I called down to see why house keeping didn’t come. She specifically told me “oh you won’t be getting housekeeping today” rude as hell ! Them Then the one day the house keeping didn’t come they did not clean the bathroom or room at all just made the bed with same sheets just horrible.

Check in was fast - my top floor room request was granted. Room was clean - hallways quiet Breakfast was good with ample seating. Staff friendly and helpful - location of hotel a 10 !

up front handicapped parking that they charged me for......Staff was short staffed, but those I ran into were very nice..

Refrigerator was not cold, .... wanted to take a bath, tub was dirty, which was 9 pm that night. I gave up......the mattress needed to be replaced..... and more....and this was a handicapped room.....and they charge me for handicapped parking..... sad...

"Quiet and clean 10 minutes from the Sanford Airport"

We stayed one night prior to flying out of Sanford airport. The hotel is only about 10 minutes from the airport, yet it is in a quiet area. The rooms were clean and we didnt hear anyone even though a baseball team of youngsters were also staying at the hotel. The free breakfast was the normal powdered eggs and chicken sausage, but they did have a waffle maker and toaster for bagels and muffins. The coffee was very welcome and hot. Just what we needed. The staff was professional, not overly friendly, but we had no trouble arranging an early check in at 11:30 for an extra $35.

La ubicacion del hotel es excelente; se encuentra adjunto a una plazoleta comercial con restaurantes y un Publix.

La limpieza no fue buena; al llegar a la habitacion me encontre con una toalla usada en el piso del closet, lo informe al front desk y la toalla continuo alli por un dia mas, hasta que yo misma la retire y la puse en el pasillo. Durante la estancia pasaron una vez a la habitacion a colocar nuevas toallas pero nunca hubo reposicion de articulos de aseo ni limpieza de sanitarios y/o lavamanos.
