Clean and semi-walkable area. Close to freeway for easy access

The staff was pleasant and helpful. The location is great for easy on and off access to highway 50 and to shopping on the other side of the freeway. The breakfast was good and well stocked.

We had a blood stain on our comforter that I had to have them switch out that was not ours. When they switched it out, I had asked for fresh towels. We were supposed to get maid service the next day, so I had removed the door hanger from the door so they knew I wanted it, but they didn't service it because they were there the day before. We stayed for 3 nights total.

Food options at breakfast were great!! They really seemed to provide options for everyone’s taste buds; I even saw gluten free items! Muffins freshly made, hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs nicely done, sausage, oatmeal, yogurts (more than 2 kinds and sizes, all the nuts — pumpkin/pepita, sunflower, walnuts, flax seeds, dried coconut, craisins/dried cranberries, waffle making fresh, great coffee, selection of various teas, cream, milk, almond milk, oat milk and at least 3 different fresh juices!! Bed accommodations were firm yet soft and comfortable, with just right amount of furniture for comfort (couch, desk, available drawer space, etc.). Charlie was nice enough to change bedding between guest stays since I had two separate people coming to stay with me for one night versus the other. Her housekeeping makes me feel right at home and keeps me coming back.🙏🙋‍♀️ Vanessa Glen and Ahman were great welcoming greeters and Vanessa always was sweet and each had warm hearts and very kind welcoming demeanors, even the nice bearded maintenance man was happy to help, although I feel bad as I missed his name. Thank you all and see you next time!!

Very nice hotel, very clean, check in very quick with competent and friendly people, ready to help. Environment calm and safe, parking free. Never been disappointed with Fairfield Inn hotel.

This property was a great and affordable location putting us in an area that was close to the things that we had gone to Sacramento to see. There was a ton of parking, the staff were super friendly, the room was spacious, and the shower had great hot water pressure.

Property is great.

I didn’t appreciate the staff charging an extra $250 cleaning fee for popped balloons on the ground and some tinsel left in the corner of the room. The person that answered the phone named Vanessa was very rude and said we thrashed the room and we will not be allowed back. We have stayed here 10+ times and were never treated like this. Took the housekeeper 25mins top to clean everything. Very rude guest service and will let other know not to come here.
