The location was convenient,

The description of the room that we received was not what we paid for. It was listed by booking.com as a queen suite with a pullout couch. It was only a standard room that you could get anywhere. The manager stated that it was booking.com that miss stated what room that we received. He also stated that the property had no rooms that fit the stated description. The food and selection was very substandard.

Comfy room. Quiet. Easy parking. Convenient to where I needed to go.

Renovations were happening. Breakfast was okay.

Staff was very nice! They had hot brewed coffee at night! Room/bathroom clean.

I was asked if we wanted room service, (yes) but was not told it was every other day. So we did not receive room service. The last night no sheets on the bed. Had to sleep on top of bed cover. Had to request clean towels. Water from sink smelled like sulfur. Pillows too soft and mattress needs to be upgraded.
