"Cleanliness"

No hot water you have to run it about 5-10 min , especially longest is in kitchen and bathroom , shower run it about 5 minutes at least it’s a bit hotter , today they are shutting OFF the water. The letter I received under my door one day ahead, they can estimate a two hour shut off, 8am -10 , prime morning hours .

NOTHING!!

Service was horrible, the front desk person was very rude! Room was dirty when we arrived, stains on couch dried food on cushions. No body soap in the shower or not enough towels. Requested late check out and given incorrect information
