Nothing, it was perfect
NZHelpful & friendly staff, location suited us (close to rail), small room but comfy with door opening to garden and there is a separate guest lounge. Excellent breakfast.
Very slight doggy smell in our room but understandable given this is a very pet-friendly establishment.

Shower handle kept slipping so hard to regulate the temperature whilst showering. Coffee machine didn't work.
IEGBNothing much the noise from outside was awful I know that isn’t the owners fault the bed had wooden board underneath it and the bed was so hard . It could do with a good clean and carpet cleaner I know it’s for people with dogs or dog but it definitely needs a great big clean.

GBLocation was great, staff were extremely welcoming, friendly, and accomodating. Room was nice and the bed was comfy.
There were stains on an inner pillow, and there were a few dog treats on the floor.
