The interior seemed to be recently updated. The ac / heater was quiet. Bed was comfortable.

The hotel was not as clean as I expected. Hair in the tub. Details like tile floor grout was very dirty and no caulking around tub. It just looked like the upgrade was done very poorly with no attention to detail. Only one shower door so it was very hard to shower without water getting on the floor. The stairwell and elevator were not very clean. Seems like the place just isn't kept up with pride. And location, if you have a car it's fine. There's nothing in that area to walk to

Great to finally arrive after a long drive from Toronto. Comfy beds and easy to get to room and relax.

We did find it tricky to find the new entrance. We just didn’t drive far enough around. It was obvious when we found it! Driver error!!

Never again!!! In my 40 years of travelling I have never been more displeased. The check out day I left the hotel to visit with family only to return to my room to check out and the staff had check me out! That’s right, my things where packed and brought down to reception. When I demanded an explanation they said well we assumed you check out and left your bags on your bed? No one from the hotel tried to contact me even if they had my contact information. My experience was dismissed no apology was offered . I won’t be return to that motel to have people go through my things is unacceptable. I left my room at 8am to return on time for the 11am check out.
