Everything, staff is terrible and over charged me

Pool hours, u could have only 1 hr & 1 family at the time & you had to take whatever time they have available. Breakfast, we were 3 people in one room. We wanted only 2 yogurts each for breakfast and nothing else. The front desk lady told me , NO We can’t do that only 1 yogurt per person Then, she said they have frozen breakfast sandwiches which I can not heat them up in their microwave & have to take it back to my room & use my room’s microwave.

Location close to freeway and restaurant. Good sized fridge.

No body wash or shampoo. Shower had no water pressure. Entry door required pressing handicapped button but door would stick. "Breakfast " was a few pastries and yogurt; they should not be able to say Breakfast included.

The staff at check-in were helpful. Location was convenient.

ADA room did not have a lot of accessible features. There was a tub rather than a walk-in shower, and a ledge as you navigate into the room. The breakfast was pretty horrible and the coffee was bad enough that we went over to Starbucks. It was very overpriced for what I would consider a pretty seedy motel.

I did not stay I paid for the room and when going to my room there was a man standing outside smoking pot. And very strange people walking around outside. I didn’t feel safe so I never stayed. It was a waste of my money. I don’t recommend anyone stay there.
