Location

The beds were rock hard. One lught blanket only in Winter. Toilet clogged, No TV remote even after I asked for one. Smelled like Urine on main floor.

The maintenance and cleaning employees were very sweet

The treatment from the manager and his wife was unacceptable!! Requested 2 pillows and the reaction was as if I asked for 50 pillows. Followed all of the rules for the pool reservation (which honestly was very odd) and was chastised like we broke into the pool area. It was all a very uncomfortable experience. I have never left a review, but this was so bad I felt I had to share.

The bed was comfortable

I couldn’t get the tv remote to work, when checking out I told the front desk and the told more you need to press a certain button (it would be nice to have some type of instruction on this in the room), the toilet dripped all night, it was a bit noisy from people outside talking and laughing

"Poor management of their damage deposit ."

Room was fine

They charged us $100 damage deposit which Didn’t clear till I called them- after 4 days - Several excuses why they wouldn’t reverse it. No damage to the room Or anything taken by us. Unacceptable!
