We were sad to leave. We will definitely come back to Seya Beach hotel. The staff were very helpful with always a smile on their faces. The breakfast and dinner buffet were excellent. This hotel is the only one with the private beach. Love it!!

Drei verschiedene Mitarbeiter kommen mit drei verschiedenen Preisen auf die Anfrage auf All Inclusive überzugehen. Sehr unprofessionell. 50€, 175€ und 100€. Handtuchausgeber nicht aufzufinden. Auf Anfrage heißt es „ich sag Bescheid, wenn ich jemanden sehe. Als Entgegenkommen für viele negative Punkte haben wir ein Angebot zur Umwandlung als Vollpension bekommen. Dieses Angebot haben wir dankend angenommen. Allerdings hat sich im Anschluss beim Service nichts geändert. Dreckige Bettlaken nach der Zimmerreinigung, leere Klopapierhülse bleibt einfach stecken und es gibt keine neue Rolle, Wasser am Strand bestellt - nach stolzen zwei Stunden heißt es „was war bei Ihnen nochmal?“ Beim Laufen wird man vom Personal gedrängt der auf eine unhöfliche Art und Weise folgendes sagt „Bitte Platz machen!“. Ich kenne es eigentlich von professionellen Hotels so, dass das Personal den Kunden Vorrang gewährt. Ein mal und leider nie wieder. Danke trotzdem für das Entgegenkommen (nur Frühstück auf Volllpension umwandeln)

Hotel ist zwar alt aber schön eingerichtet. Die Kellner sind alle sehr nett und höfflich, leider kann ich nichts positives über Sauberkeit sagen. Wurde nicht täglich sauber gemacht und unser Müll ist meistens nicht mitgenommen worden. Sorry aber das ist für mich kein 5 Sterne Hotel !
