"Absolutely smelly AC. They need to change their filter in the AC."

Nothing the 2 rooms I had was absolutely gross. The bathrooms was like never cleaned. The bathtub had some type of sand in the bottom of bathtub. The AC had a gross smell.

"Been coming to hotel for 4 yrs not sure if we will be back."

The beds was very comfortable and the late night manager lady was super friendly and helpful.

The young man be for her was very rude and if u asked him a question he was disrespectful like we was bugging when he was on his phone.

The room smelled like mildew and was stuffy. My husband looked at the air conditioner and the filter was completely over filled. He washed out the filter and it started to get cooler and nice. Better cleaning for all systems in room are needed. We have cpap machines and my husbands outlets didnt work at first then he jiggled it around a few times and started working. There are also so many random cords that we couldnt find what they were all for. We only stay at Holiday Inn Expresses and this one was not quite at the caliber of the others we have stayed in.

"Nice hotel but the bricks outside the door is very slippery to walk on after it rains."

Convenient location.

The bricks on the outside of the front door is very slippery after it rained. My daughters that stayed Saturday night and myself almost fell going out the sliding door. The oil glaze on the bricks is dangerously slippery. The guy who worked after 3pm on Saturday night was very unfriendly. Our TV in our room had 3 white dots while trying to watch tv.

"Nice hotel"

Room was comfortable

Staff at front desk after 3pm wasn’t friendly at all. Felt unwelcome. The bricks outside the front door very slippery after it rained. Some type of oil on the bricks. Almost fell walking across them.
