Location was excellent.

They could have more variety in breakfast items

We had a lovely stay at Diamond Cliff resort. The staff were super friendly and exceptional. They upgraded the room for us free of charge and the view from our suite was amazing . They have a variety of options in the breakfast buffet as well . They give you free voucher to buy 1kg of fruits from the fruit shop inside the resort . Their service was exceptional !!! ❤️❤️❤️

The property is huge and to get from the lobby to your room is a bit of hassle . It takes 5-10 minutes to take the shuttle and reach the room .. for us it was still okay since we are young, but it could be a problem for some.

전반적인 시설 수준이 높고 깔끔해서 좋았습니다. 또한 직원들이 아주 친절했고, 호텔 내 셔틀이 운행되어 이동이 편리했습니다.

침대의 쿠션과 커튼에서 냄새가 나서 사용하기 어려웠습니다. 또한 작은 벌레들이 많이 나와서 침대와 음식에서 자주 발견되었습니다.

We had a terribly bad experience staying in Diamond cliff. I along with my husband and daughter stayed there for 2 days 1) very rude staff from start till end no one smiled , staff at gate was so rude that they did not even greet 2) we were staying in top room the way to reach room was exhausting so many stairs to climb and when we asked for any short cut staff at gate said no but we could see shuttles running , staff is not trained on how to speak even a basic English to communicate also not trained on basic greeting etiquette’s 3) my room key was not working when i came back with my daughter to room around 1 am now again to reach reception will take ages so i started looking for some staff for help but there was no one so i went to restaurant and asked for help and the answer i received call on 72 i mean this person should have helped called someone but he asked me to call on this number and ask for help again lack of basic etiquette’s 4) towels were looking dirty and used i didn’t use the towel at all 5) overall my experience was teribble because of the on ground staff this hotel need to look back and have basic staff training i wish to write here the names of people but i don’t want to 6) there was laundry bag in room which i took for my used clothes to my shock at the time of checkout they asked to pay 200bhats for laundry bag . I travelled so many places no hotel charge for laundry bag and even if it is chargeable this should be mentioned with some tag like they have done for other items . This felt like strategy for money making. So If you are going to stay here please make sure you are fit enough t o climb 100’s of stairs every time and you will have to know everything by yourselves as staff is not helpful at all. Before coming here we were staying at Sofitel Karbi & Hyatt Koh Sumai and i must say the experience was so awesome and at the end this hotel ruined everything

المكيف كان عطلان في النادي الرياضي . نسيت رأس وكيبل شاحن الإيفون الاصلي في الغرفة ورجعت لهم في نفس اليوم وانا متأكد اني نسيته مشبوك لكن انكروا وقالوا انهم لم يجده للأسف

مكان جميل والموظفين رائعين شكراً لفريق العمل

تعامل موظفين الاستقبال + زيادة اخذ رسوم 750 بات كل ليلة على اقامة الطفل مع انه لم يتم طلب سرير إضافي التكييف لا تستطيع التحكم في درجة حرارة الغرفة صوت الموسيقى صاخب في كل ليلة

We had a wounderfull time and were given the experiance of a life time from people who real'ly care. The front manager was so caring and thoughtfull. Her name was wannee and is true'ly a great asset to the hotel.
