Definitely great value for the price and location. All staff was great from checking in to gym all and hotel staff.

I was hoping enjoy filipino breakfast i soon as soon as I landed next morning. Went to to there filipino restaurant called Qsina but buffet was served instead of what it actually says in there menu they advertise. So disappointed can actually order in food to be cook. Maybe they can accommodate the buffet choices to just ordering in to eat.

The room was well appointed and I had everything I needed. Whenever I needed anything, I was able to get it quickly be calling Guest Services. The shuttle service to the malls is really great. I also tried the spa for the first time (this is my 4th visit to Manila and my 3rd visit to Bellevue) and it was the best massage I have ever had. Breakfast was excellent, the coffee shop/bakery downstairs is also good. We ate at Johnny's Steakhouse on our last night and the food was really good. So is the atmosphere. I used the gym several times while I was there and it was clean and well appointed as well.

The TV would not turn off with the remote. It took me a long time to try and turn it off the first night and I had to call guest services to come and turn it off manually by disengaging it.

We had such a great time dining at Phoenix Court! The experience was truly memorable—from the warm ambiance to the outstanding service and delicious food. Everything we ordered was excellent, and you can really tell the quality and care put into each dish. Special thanks to Sir Jeric, Sir Ody, Sir JP, and Sir Fred for taking such good care of us. Your attentiveness and hospitality made our visit even more enjoyable. Kudos as well to all the Phoenix Court staff for providing such exceptional service. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dining experience! 😊
