"Amazing stay/amazing people"

Where to start! One of the best trips our family has ever taken and a lot of credit goes to these wonderful people who work at this hotel. Everyone was so gracious and accommodating! They made our stay incredible. It started with a call from Esmeralda a couple days before our stay began to check in and see if we needed anything (rare and amazing). They worked with us on the room type and location. The hotel has been recently renovated and it looked extremely clean and new. The cleaning people were even amazing to us giving us extra towels and taking our trash away. Would be hard for me to say enough on how this staff treated our family. I have stayed at this hotel for work before but we rarely get to travel as a family. THANK YOU to everyone at the Columbia Point Courtyard. My 5 year old keeps asking when we are going to go back. God bless
