Courtyard Richland Columbia Point

We had a nice room overlooking the water. It was great. The only problem was the fridge was so cold it froze the cans of water we put in it.

Walls were not insulates well enough. Neighbor woke us at 3:00AM.

We really enjoyed our time and tho Go by the hotel was very nice and extremely clean. Amazing views as well.

Not sure how much Yakima depends on tourism - I think business is a more likely reason to go out, and this hotel hit that sweet spot for business travel. Nice enough to be comfortable without being needlessly fancy, comfortable rooms, small pool with good late hours, convenient from the freeway and to the places I wanted to go. Got in later, staff was friendly and helpful, slept well and was out early the next day with no problem. Barely was there long enough to enjoy that river view, which was very nice.

No too much to complain about, even the fact that they didn't provide a complimentary breakfast was balanced by the paid options including espresso drinks. I actually prefer to pay for a latte than settle for drip so that's actually not a complaint I'm just filling this box.

Excellent hotel. Nice lobby, room was clean, large and well appointed. Location is great with nice restaurants in walking distance. Starbucks in the lobby for your morning coffee and breakfast as well. I would stay here again in a second. Kudos.

They don't clean your room unless you stay 3 or more days we were told. SAD, we had to call for more coffee, cups, towels. River decks on the Queen Rooms are about 8 inchs. Not what I would call a deck.............. Will stay at The Lodge next time.......................
