The location

The staff was rude and impolite His name is Mohammed Amine Working by the pool and asking for bribes to assist you and get you chairs to sit When I spoke to him he spoke very impolitely and disrespectful

La propreté des chambres Rapidité du service L'emplacement de l'hôtel Le staff

- Les plats proposés sont sans goût, pas trop de variété en termes de choix ! 3 choix pour du riz sur le même menu c'est pas une variété !! 5 ou 6 choix de salade qui ce ressemble en termes de composition c'est pas une variété ! - La gouvernante a ouvert la chambre lorsqu'on est dedans sans demander sans toquer et sans s'excuser étant donné qu'on a pas demandé son service !!! - lors des repas merci de changer les nappes sale ! Ronger les couverts et les plats des personnes d'avant c'est pas suffisant lorsque le nappe est vraiment taché
