The location was good, near to train station and Tivoli. Plenty of food and shopping within walking distance. Staff are friendly and helpful. The newly renovated room is big and nice.

The newly renovated room we stayed, did not have a phone which we could use to call. I had to run down to the reception to ask for a hair dryer with my wet hair and was told that none available as the housekeeping person had left for the day. :( The toilet floor is very slippery when it is wet, so can be dangeorus if you are not careful. The room is a bit dark in the evening with the minimal lighting.

The historical aspect of the hotel.

Restaurant staff made eating inthe Restaurant not enjoyable. The food was ok. No phone in the room. Hard to communicate with the front desk.Sad how one staff person can ruin a stay.

Wonderful breakfast buffet.

Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück mit grosser Auswahl, es hat alles was das Herz begehrt! Besser könnte die Lage nicht mehr sein. Die Library-Bar ist ein Besuch wert! Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit

Für mich war das Bett zu weich und eher zu hoch, aber viele Leute sind ja grösser als ein Meter sechzig.
