Location was great. Character of the hotel and nostalgia was fun. Breakfast was delightful with so many choices - even a few gluten free items. Staff was always very helpful.

There wasn’t any counter space in the bathroom. A little noisy on the street at night but that’s what happens when you stay in the city so not a huge deal. Plus they provide ear plugs if needed.

We loved this hotel. A step back in time with all the modern facilities you need. The room was beautifully furnished with plenty of space and very comfy bed. Extra touches of spare toothbrush, razor kit and bottles of water. Breakfast includes all you need to set you up for the day. The hotel is in a great location being just outside the railway station and not too long a walk to local amenities. We also enjoyed the view of the Saturday night fireworks at Tivoli gardens just across the road.

I stayed at ProfilHotels Copenhagen Plaza on two occasions. It's a beautiful historic hotel conveniently situated in the centre of the city, a one-minute walk from the central station and metro station. I chose this hotel for its classic European charm, the vintage design of the public areas and of the rooms, the historic elevator and the Library Bar. Don't forget to book a table in the Library Bar before your stay, as it tends to book out. The bar looks amazing and the cocktails are great. The breakfast buffet was very varied and delicious, I especially loved the fresh bread and the marinated herring. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I liked the fact that the hotel provides guests with ear plugs, to block the noise inevitable in a central location in a capital city (police, ambulance sirens etc). I slept very well through the night. The hotel also has a small gym, where you can work off the cocktails :)

A pleasant combination of classic and modern style. Great location and breakfast. Nice surprises included the dumbbells in the room and The Library Bar, where there was live jazz on Saturday evening.
