I had a nice time here at the sandman. They have done some really beautiful renovations and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Will be staying here from now on when I come to grande prairie.

The best were comfortable. It was quite a small room and quite expensive normally I get a better rate. I’m not sure what happened there. Also, it’s hard to get a receipt.

The bar, I guess the staff won an award and they were having a little party and it was very loud and obnoxious, actually screaming and yelling. If you look back at the cameras. We decided to leave, but didn’t mention that it was quite uncomfortable for customers were told basically that’s what bars do and that they’re allowed to celebrate. I understand that, but maybe shut and lock the door and close the bar instead of turning the music up so loud and scream, screaming and yelling and crawling all over the bar & tables. I just wanted to pay and leave but one of the servers was off duty and part of the celebrating bar staff, short blonde with large black glasses got right up in my face and was wouldn’t leave me alone. I finally had to tell her to get away from me as I was trying to leave. It was quite something actually we were very shook up when we leave left to think that they want an award and that’s how they act and treat people. It was totally unnerving and completely unprofessional…..we didn’t feel safe nor respected at all.

The Bar absolutely sucked we sat therefor a long while, never got served it was loud the servers acted like fluzies and so we left. the hotel itself was excellent, people that were working thefront desk were super nice and fast to check and out. The room was clean and quiet. Overall Id stay again.
